MyDataTerrier's Terrier Intercept is an E-mail interceptor. The Terrier
Intercept is as easy to to configure as the knowledgebase and uses the same
articles as your knowledgebase. The Terrier Intercept is an additional tool
that can save you time and money. It looks like a standard "contact us" page
but this little dog parses through your client's question and present them with
articles that may address the question saving both you and your client time.
